Listing content is provided for consumers’ personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties you may be interested in.
All information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by the MLS or The Real Estate Firm. Listings are subject to prior sale, change, or withdrawal without notice, and prices, availability, and details may change. Nothing on the Site is an offer to buy or sell real estate. You should independently verify all listing information before relying on it.
5. Text messaging program
If you opt in, you may receive text messages from The Real Estate Firm and/or your agent related to your real estate interests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. 6. Email communications
By contacting us or opting in, you may receive transactional and — where permitted — marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any such email or our unsubscribe page.

8. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites and services, such as our preferred mortgage partner and mortgage calculators. We provide these for convenience and do not control or endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content, products, services, or privacy practices.
