A Knoxville native, Sam Oliver graduated from the University of Tennessee in the class of 2008. Sam studied Plant Science and Entomology while at the University of Tennessee. In 2012 he started Preferred Pest, Termite and Turf LLC. and has grown to be one of the largest pest control companies in the Knoxville area. His experience in Real Estate started from doing WDIR inspections on homes for real estate transactions and purchasing rental properties. After being involved in over 3000 inspections and purchasing many rental properties, Sam decided to attain his real estate license so that he could help others through the process. With extensive knowledge of the Knoxville area and his inspection experience, Sam is able to do more for clients than the average agent. In his spare time, Sam enjoys wake boarding, snow skiing, restoring classic cars, dirt kart racing, and riding sport quads in the mountains.
