Beneath the carpet, the original narrow-plank hardwood floors have quietly waited to be rediscovered, while the generous room sizes and thoughtful layout made everyday living easy. The spacious primary suite offers a true retreat, with secondary bedrooms conveniently nearby. Over the years, we updated major systems, including the electrical and HVAC, because we believed this would be our forever home. Beyond the property itself, the neighborhood became just as meaningful. With Percy Warner Park minutes away, it was easy to enjoy morning walks, afternoon hikes, or a quiet escape into nature. The nearby community center, local businesses, restaurants, fitness options, and everyday conveniences made this a neighborhood that felt connected and welcoming. What we will miss most is the feeling this home created: sunlight pouring through the windows, space to gather with family and friends, the quiet beauty of the backyard, timeless character, and a connection to both nature and community.
