About this home

Bush hogging has been completed and gravel road has been done. Welcome to the Preserve at White Oak Creek! Because of it's unparalleled privacy, topography, view and creek front access, Lot 59 was one of the very first lots to sell in the preserve! The buyers have decided to go in a different direction so their loss is your gain and it is once again available for some lucky family to own. This property consists of almost 16 acres. It is at the very back of the new development at the Preserve. There are only two large lots on the turn off road where a private drive has already been cut into the property. It is very private and secluded with a 60+ acre woodland on the other side of the development and a 200 acre farm across the creek. From the top of the ridge with a few more pines cleared, you would have a beautiful Mountain View. A home site has already been cleared in the flat area at the top of the property. It is a short walk along an already cut trail through a beautiful forest down to your private creek access. The forest has a beautiful canopy of towering trees and a seasonal fall of water over huge moss covered boulders. Once by the creek, there is a very large semi-open area leading to the creek that would be beautiful for camping or just relaxing in the stillness. The babbling creek is lovely when low and flowing when high depending on the time of year. According to the owners, this particular lot has the nicest ingress into the water with an almost natural beach area leading your right in. This is a truly beautiful place to build your dream home!
