Chad F. McFall joins The Real Estate Firm after 5-years in the Real Estate Industry and 1-year as a broker. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Chad had 20+ years experience as a commercial lender in the Sevierville/Sevier County area. He also worked 9 years as a Vice President of Business Development with a large Cabin Company in Pigeon Forge. He has listed and sold over 10 million dollars worth of Real Estate in the last 2 years making him a consistent performer in the rental and investment markets. His specialty is cash flow projection and performance analysis. After living in Sevier County for a lifetime and raising his children there, Chad and his wife, Cindy, moved to Knoxville in 2025 and have been settling into the community. They attend Faith Promise Church and are active in the East Knoxville Community Association.
