LaVance Davis, an East Tennessee native and graduate of Mississippi State University and the University of Florida, has spent years developing skills to make selling and buying real estate a seamless and smooth process for her clients. Homeownership is the foundation for family stability and wealth growth. LaVance enjoys seeing the smiles of first time home buyers as they achieve a milestone. Watching a family move into the home of their dreams – no matter the price or size- is a reward that cannot be measured. LaVance has been involved in residential real estate in Knoxville for 16 years. Prior to that she built and operated assisted living facilities throughout east Tennessee. LaVance enjoys reading and strives to walk 15 miles each week. She supports many community organizations including Volunteer Ministry Center, Cancer Support Community, Centro Hispano, Second Harvest Food Bank, and her faith community at Fourth United Presbyterian Church.
